Our teams work across the world from expert consultants and researchers shaping education systems, to programme teams delivering change at scale, careers advisers supporting people into work, and colleagues in roles such as finance, HR, operations, and marketing who enable this work to happen.
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and supported, with the right conditions to succeed and do their best work.
Everything we do is focused on improving outcomes for learners, educators, and communities. You’ll be part of work that has real-world impact at scale.
Our people work across countries, cultures, and contexts. We are passionate about bringing together diverse perspectives to solve complex challenges.
We support colleagues to develop, whether through formal learning, on-the-job experience, or exposure to new ideas and challenges. Learning is part of our everyday work.
We partner with experienced consultants, educators, and sector experts to create lasting impact for learners, educators, and communities.

Alison Smith, our Interim Digital, Data and Technology Director, recently marked a milestone 25 years with EDT. Looking back on her time with EDT so far, Alison shared:
“25 years at EDT feels significant and, in some ways, surprising. What has kept me here has been the sense of purpose – working with talented colleagues to deliver programmes and solutions that genuinely make a difference. No two years have ever looked the same. That variety has kept things both interesting and rewarding.”
“What I’m most proud of is the collective effort – the teams and partnerships we’ve built, and the solutions we’ve delivered together. It’s been a privilege to be part of that journey, and I’m looking forward to what comes next.”
