NPQ for Executive Leadership (NPQEL)

For school leaders who are, or aspire to be, an Executive Headteacher or to have a CEO role within a school trust, with responsibility for leading several schools.

Participating in the programme has had a massive impact, providing me with clarity and the opportunity to network with colleagues. I’ve learned so much from listening to others and also having a framework to look at and reflect on what I do.

- Naveed Idrees, NPQEL participant
