NPQ for Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC)

The NPQ for Leading Behaviour and Culture is for teachers who have, or aspire to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and supporting pupil wellbeing in their school.

I have found the programme informative and it has made me reflect back on my years of teaching. It has made me explore techniques that have worked and have shared with others. I have been able to use what I have learnt with a colleague who I am currently coaching.

- Suzette Pope, NPQLBC participant
