Why IAG?

Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) is a term for a method of personalised support to use when your role requires that you work with people. It helps to strengthen your communication skills and teaches techniques to use when interacting with customers, clients or colleagues.

Skills in IAG can help you to understand how to deal with people in a way that will empower and motivate them to make the best decisions for themselves.

Our new Skills Bootcamps are designed to develop your interpersonal skills and could lead you to a new career path with a guaranteed interview at the end of the course.
