The challenge

With education a national priority around the world, we use our expertise to advise on strengthening education systems; curriculum development and review; supporting school improvement and access to education in post-conflict, transition and early-recovery fragile states; public-private partnership (PPP) models; monitoring and evaluation of external education projects; distance learning pedagogy and guidance on inclusive education policies and teaching methods.

Our approach

We provide rapid-response technical assistance on Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), European Commission (EC) and UNICEF framework contracts working with a range of international consortium partners to design and implement our joint-technical solutions. We also have advise, support and deliver for organisations and donors such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DfAT, Australia), the British Council and the Education Commission.  

We provide clients with evidence-informed support and solutions and we utilise reliable, primary and secondary data to conclude our findings. To respond quickly and effectively, we combine both technical and project management capabilities. As well as our own specialist in-house advisers, we have access to our carefully selected global network of specialists. Our streamlined backstopping and project management services ensure rapid mobilisation, contract compliance and meaningful project reporting.

We have delivered rapid-response technical assistance in 91 countries across the globe since 2009.
