Our Services

We offer a broad range of services including:

Personal guidance

Our one-to-one careers sessions and group work activity encourages and empowers young people to make informed decisions about their learning and career pathways. Our impartial careers advisers, professionally qualified to level 6, use the latest labour market information to inform their practice and actively undertake continuous professional development to maintain their knowledge and skills. We have experience in supporting students from a wide range of schools and colleges including SEND and alternative provision, both in face to face and virtual settings.

Work Related Learning, including work experience

Opportunities to engage with employers can help young people look beyond education to gain an understanding of the world of work and the skills required in today’s labour market. We deliver a range of activities:

  • Work experience
  • Health & safety visits for self-sourced placements
  • Employer talks, activities, projects and visits
  • Careers fairs and other careers events
  • Employability sessions
  • Work shadowing
  • Workplace visits

Our model is flexible, our activities can be face-to-face, virtual or a combination of the two. We can offer a full range of support or more minimal input using our expertise to ensure an appropriate level of support is provided.

Careers consultancy and Quality in Careers Standard

We provide careers consultancy to support schools, colleges and other learning providers as they navigate the careers world, both in the UK and internationally. Our consultancy is bespoke to their needs and supports them to achieve the eight Gatsby Benchmarks and beyond. We know that a good careers programme is critical, if young people are to raise their aspirations and reach their potential. We are also a national licence holder for the Quality in Careers Standard, certified by the Quality in Careers Consortium and strongly recommended by the Department for Education. The Standard is the national quality award for careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG). We support schools and colleges with initial accreditation and reaccreditation. We can assess their readiness to work toward the Standard and provide ongoing consultancy as they compile evidence and develop their provision.

Data management and tracking services

As part of our data management and tracking services, we can help track and analyse career outcomes data to see how young people are progressing in their career, measure the effectiveness of careers guidance programmes and make changes accordingly. Our tracking, follow-up and data reporting services can be tailored to meet the needs of each learning provider and we can help them to keep a comprehensive and accurate record that supports students’ development. The data can be used for both Ofsted inspections and for marketing purposes.

Our impact

  • 18,700 students supported by us each year
  • 99% students were happy with the support they received
  • 900+ education practitioners reached
