Early Career Training Programme

Based on the Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Framework (ITTECF) we are supporting teachers with our new Early Career Training Programme (ECTP) for early career teacher entitlement (ECTE). Available from the 2025-26 academic year onwards, our new programme offers specialist training for early career teachers and mentors. It helps them improve practice while building confidence and resilience, leading to better job satisfaction and retention.

In addition to our work with young people, we have extensive experience of providing careers guidance, skills support, and employment placements to out-of-work adults, particularly those with SEND and complex barriers, helping them find meaningful work opportunities.
